As a Registered Agent (RA) of Chiropractic Lifecare of America, our office is able to offer qualified patients up to 65% savings on their chiropractic care.

How Chiropractic Lifecare of America (CLA) works.

Those eligible for the program, receive a CLA Membership Card at a cost of $49.95 for one full year of chiropractic treatment. The savings apply for the cardholder and the immediate family members covered on their tax form. CLA cannot be used in conjuction with any third party payer such as health insurance, personal injury claims, workers compensation, or government insurance programs.

How do I sign up for Chiropractic Lifecare of America?

You can sign up in 2 ways:
1. During your first visit with us. When you call 219-227-8927 to schedule your first appointment, you can fill out the membership form and pay the membership fee to us and we will mail it directly to CLA for you. (Recommended)

2. Visit the official CLA website here and fill out the online form. If you choose this method, you will need to provide proof of registration on your first visit as it takes several weeks to receive your CLA Membership Card (the official proof of membership).
